The tour lasts about thirty minutes and demonstrates how Hammond's Candies creates its ribbon candy. Visitors watch the ribbons being hand‑pulled and crimped, see nuts and sugar mixed in butter for toffee, and observe the shaping of lollipops and candy canes. Samples are provided during the visit, with a final stop at the gift shop.
