Tröegs Brewing Company is building a 90,000‑square‑foot brewery in Hershey, PA, slated to open in fall 2011. The complex will include a 5,000‑square‑foot tasting room that opens onto an outdoor viewing area, and a window‑lined hallway that lets visitors observe the brewing process up close. Tour participants will also see fermentation tanks, a packaging area, an oak barrel‑aging room, a laboratory, and a pilot brewing room used for experimental brews.
