At The Kaleidoscope Factory, each kaleidoscope is assembled from individually crafted wooden components while brass, glass, and acrylic parts are purchased from suppliers. The workshop does not use pre‑made patterns or templates for the wooden pieces, which results in subtle differences between each unit. Visitors can watch the hand‑turning process and see how the selection of materials contributes to each device’s appearance.
