The tour showcases the work of Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook, who develops a range of specialty cheeses—including mixed‑milk varieties that are sold to upscale restaurants and specialty stores. Visitors can watch the traditional cheddar‑making process and sample the cheeses along with other local products such as wild rice and honey.
