The tour offers a view from an observation deck where visitors can watch molten glass being shaped and cooled in real time. On the second floor a Designer’s Corner displays work from nine prominent American stained‑glass studios, while a museum holds items such as a Country Music Award trophy, presidential gifts, and Capitol lighting globes. The first floor features a factory outlet with examples of the company’s hand‑blown glassware, allowing guests to see finished pieces up close.
