Cedar Creek Winery

Cedarburg, WI

The Cedar Creek Winery is housed in a restored 1860s woolen mill that was once the largest mill west of the Alleghenies, originally powered by a water wheel fed by Cedar Creek. The tour includes a brief history of the building, a walk through the underground limestone cellars where wines are fermented and aged, and a short video explaining the winemaking process. It concludes with a tasting of the winery’s grape wines while visitors view the Cedar Creek waterfall from the tasting room.
