Lucero Olive Oil, LLC
Corning, CA
The Lucero Olive Oil factory in Corning, California, reflects four generations of olive cultivation in the area. The property contains some of the state’s oldest olive trees, many of which remain in the family’s groves and continue to yield fruit. Tour participants can see the family’s progression from small‑scale oil pressing in the 1970s to the larger commercial operations that began in 2004.
