The Pendleton Popcorn Factory is situated in a small building in Pendleton’s historic downtown and is part of both the city walking tour and the Pendleton Underground Tour. It produces more than 60 varieties of gourmet popcorn and offers a retail area where visitors can purchase finished products. Because production runs are not daily, visitors are advised to call ahead to confirm a visit.
