Old Country Wisconsin Cheese, Inc. is situated in the Amish region of western Wisconsin and processes only fresh canned milk. The plant receives roughly 120,000 pounds of milk daily from more than 230 local Amish producers, making it one of the few U.S. facilities that uses this traditional method. The factory was founded in the early 1980s to give the surrounding Amish dairy community a reliable outlet for their milk shipments.
