Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery Tour

Guests receive a small portion of flour and water and are taught how to shape a pretzel. The tour includes the original ovens built by Julius Sturgis and a discussion of the history of pretzel baking in America. The historic building hosts the visit, which is limited in size and requires an appointment; sessions are scheduled at set times throughout the week.
